COVID-19 Updates

What is Covid-19?

Coronaviruses are a type of virus. There are many different kinds, and some can cause disease. A newly identified type started in Wuhan China in December 2019 and has caused a global outbreak of respiratory illness, now called COVID-19. The common symptoms — fever of higher than 100.4 degrees, a dry cough, and shortness of breath — are showing up in people within 14 days of exposure to the virus. Although symptoms may be similar to the flu, COVID-19 is a different virus entirely and should be taken seriously.
